I have seen this before with Adsense not targeting ads on pages within a frameset.
Try opening the page thats contained within the frameset in its own browser window. You might see something more like you would expect to be seeing.
Base on my observation and what I've read this Past few days seeking for an answer, I came to a decision to cancel my free Domain name on Dot.tk for a certain reason. so for now where back to where we started http://www.latestfeedinfo.blogspot.com/ is the old new domain for now.
