A wonderful novelty gift. Gadgety enough for any computer nerd. Cute enough for the chatty teens. Funny enough for moms and dads. These little creatures plug into a USB drive and are operated by your typing. The faster you type, the faster they go.
There are a few on the market. I can see these getting bought by those simply for their novelty value. They might even say a little about the personality of the user. But fun, they sure are. It makes me wonder who actually comes up with these gadget ideas.
Do people just sit around and think, hey, wouldn't it be great idea if we had a little mouse that pedaled faster when we typed? Or, I wish someone would invent a boxer to plug into my computer. There's one for the golfer in your life. I even heard there is a humping dog, but I ain't going there. But by all accounts these gadgets are entertaining and I can see myself enjoying one as a gift. I probably wouldn't buy one for myself though.
But that's the beauty of gift giving isn't it. You get to buy the things for others that you wouldn't justify the money on for yourself. These are available in the UK, not sure about the US yet, but I'm sure they won't be far away.
